Who this covers

These terms are between you and Rabolution Ltd (RC 1871934, Kings Park IV Estate, House 09A, FCT Abuja, Nigeria), and apply to this website and to Rabolution's active projects, Frotzbol and MessageMotions. By using them, you agree to these terms.

Frotzbol

Frotzbol is a free-to-play prediction game. You make your own predictions on football matches, Frotzbol has no opinion on outcomes and does not advise you on what to pick.

Frotzbol is not gambling and is not a betting or tipster service. There is no prize pool run, held, or paid out by Rabolution or Frotzbol, and no money moves through the app. Some mini-leagues may have a private prize arranged by that league's own creator. That arrangement is strictly between the people in that mini-league. Rabolution and Frotzbol are not a party to it, do not organise it, do not hold any funds related to it, and are not responsible for it.

Frotzbol runs on top of Telegram and depends on your Telegram account and your Fantasy Premier League mini-league. You are responsible for complying with Telegram's own terms of service and with the Premier League's Fantasy Premier League terms where relevant.

We work to keep predictions, scoring, and standings accurate, but Frotzbol is provided as-is, without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability or that every data source (match results, odds, FPL data) will always be error-free.

MessageMotions

MessageMotions is paid for one message at a time. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. The price of a message is shown before you pay, and paying covers that message only. A message stays up at its link for 30 days from the day you make it, then it and its link are deleted.

If you pay and the message does not build, or it builds wrong through a fault on our side, tell us and we will either fix it or return what you paid for it. If the message built correctly and you simply picked the wrong template or changed your mind, we cannot refund it, since the message was already made.

The message is yours. You keep whatever rights you have in the words you write and the recording you make. By making a message you give Rabolution permission to store it, animate it, and serve it at its link, which is what the product does, and nothing beyond that. We do not use your messages to advertise MessageMotions or show them to anyone as examples.

What you may not put in a message: anything unlawful, anything that harasses, threatens, or impersonates somebody, anything sexual involving a child, and anything you do not have the right to use. MessageMotions produces a link that you can send to anyone, and it is not to be used to reach a person who has told you to stop contacting them.

We can take down a message that breaks those rules, and we will tell you when we do. We can report to the authorities anything we are required by law to report.

MessageMotions is provided as-is. Within the 30 days a message is live, we do not guarantee that its link will be reachable at every moment or that the service will be available without interruption. Keep your own copy of anything you would be sorry to lose.

Intellectual property

The Rabolution name, the Frotzbol name, the MessageMotions name, and the content on this site belong to Rabolution Ltd unless stated otherwise. You are welcome to use the products as intended, not to copy or resell them.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Rabolution Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of Frotzbol, MessageMotions, or this website, including any private arrangement made between mini-league members outside of Frotzbol itself.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
